What is PackaPill?

PackaPill is a prescription medication delivery service in Australia. PackaPill partners with trusted pharmacies throughout Australia to provide you with a pharmacy delivery service you can trust. Our partner pharmacies all share our vision for a better pharmacy experience for our customers.

How does it work?

Follow the steps to start using PackaPill on your phone

  1. Just download the PackaPill app for iOS or Android.
  2. Create an account with your basic details.
  3. Take a photo of your prescription and let us know where you’d like to receive the products.
  4. Once your order is placed, a local, trusted PackaPill Partner Pharmacy will dispense your order in a tamper-proof bag.
  5. Your order is then delivered to your chosen address by a PackaPill trained driver.
Do I need a prescription to use PackaPill?

Yes. Other than OTC (over the counter) medicines, a hard copy prescription is required for all other medicines at time of delivery or pickup. You will need to obtain a prescription from your local doctor or a trusted home doctor service.

What is a PackaPill partner pharmacy?

PackaPill partners with local, trusted Australian pharmacies to offer you a trusted, reliable delivery service for your medication. Our partner pharmacies are all established Australian pharmacies with locally employed pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in Perth metro areas. We have plans to expand to other areas in Perth soon. However, pick-up is available all over the Perth region.

What are PackaPill’s operating hours?

Our support centre is available from 9 AM – 5 PM Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For the same day delivery the last order should be placed before 2 PM.

Are there any shipping charges for Medicine & Healthcare Orders?

Yes, delivery charges will be applied based on the value of items purchased. Please add the items that you require to the cart to see what the delivery charges will be for your order.

Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

We provide you real time updates as your order is being processed, dispensed and delivered. While ordering, you can choose your preferred pick-up or delivery time and day. Pick-up will be ready in 30 minutes whereas delivery will be done in 3 hours upon successful order.

I need a help on my order

We’re always here to help. Please contact us on our number for assistance. Remember you can also contact your PackaPill partner pharmacy that dispensed your medication for medicine related support. To find out your PackaPill partner pharmacy please contact us or refer to your order details in the PackaPill app.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within the ‘Estimated Delivery Time’ as committed at the time of order. You can track your order from the “My orders” section. Keep a look-out for our order delivery updates.

I want to modify my order

Once the order is placed, we will not be able to modify any details. Please cancel the order and replace your order with the modified specifications.

When will my order be available for pick-up?

Your order will be available for pick-up in 20 minutes after placing a successful order. Look up the status “Order available for pickup at your preferred pharmacy” from the “My orders” section.

Order status showing ‘delivered’ but I have not received my order

We are sorry you had to experience this. Please contact our friendly customer service to track your order progress.

Does my order has any expiry date for pick up?

Yes. The order placed by the customer expires after 7 days from the time when customer receives a message informing him about the readiness of the order for pick up. All the expired orders are cancelled automatically and informed to the respective customers through a message on the registered mobile number. The invoiced amount will be refunded to the original source of payment automatically.

I have received damaged items

Items are missing from my order

Can I modify my pharmacy after placing the order?

Once the order is placed, we will not be able to modify any details. Please cancel the order and replace your order with the modified specifications.

Payments

What are the payment modes at PackaPill?

We support the following payment options:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Debit Card

You will be able to see the supported options while you checkout an order. You can select the option, as per your preference, to complete the payment once the invoice for your medicine has been generated.

Does PackaPill accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?

No. We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) for the orders.

I am facing payment related issue with my order

We accept digital payments at the time of order placement. If you are facing a problem in getting the payment confirmation, please note that online payment confirmation is completely dependent on the issuing bank. However, if the payable amount has been deducted from your account but shows as transaction failed, the amount will reflect in your account/wallet within 7-10 business days.

Returns and Refund

How do I return my order?

Unfortunately, our pharmacy partners do not accept medicine returns because of change of mind due to regulations and patient safety. This way, we can ensure every medicine is genuine and not possibly tampered in our trusted partner pharmacies.

Payment deducted but order was not successful. When will I get the refund?

If the payable amount has been deducted from your account but shows as transaction failed, the amount will reflect in your account/wallet within 7-10 business days.

When will I get my refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:

 

Net banking – Refund will be credited in source bank account (3-5 business days) Online Payment – Refund will be credited in source bank account (7-10 business days) E-wallets – Refund will be credited in respective E-wallet (7-10 business days)

Note: Refund timelines depend on bank turnaround times and RBA guidelines.

What is PackaPill’s return policy?

We do our best to ensure processing correct medicines as per order and prescription. However, should you receive an incomplete order/ prescription, damaged or incorrect Product(s)/Medicines(s), PackaPill’s return policy gives you an option to return the medicines purchased within 3 days of delivery. Refrigerated medicines and healthcare items cannot be returned due strict cold chain regulation our trusted pharmacy partners adhered.

Items which are opened, partially used or disfigured are not eligible for returns. Items being returned should be in their original manufacturer’s packaging with labels & bar code intact. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.
