What services can I request?
By downloading the Packapill app from either the Apple App Store - Apple (AU) or the Google Play store you can choose your local pharmacy, add your prescription (by either scanning a paper copy or uploading an e-prescription) and have it delivered to your door in under 3 hours. You can even add over the counter items like COVID essentials, pain relief, baby & children care, & cold & flu to your order.
Are all insurance plans/medicare accepted?
There is no change to what is claimable by having your prescription delivered via Packapill. Medicines that have a rebate are contained in the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) which can be found at www.mbsonline.gov.au. Your doctor will include your Medicare number on your prescription if relevant.
Please refer to your private health insurer for details on what's claimable via your policy.
How does same day delivery work?
At Packapill we have simplified medicine delivery.
At checkout, you will see several options for delivery. Packapill currently offers delivery in 1-3 hours or if you want your delivery a little later or the following day or any day in the future, you can schedule a delivery that suits your needs.
How much does it cost?
We charge a flat rate of $4.99 for delivery plus a small convenience fee of $0.99 to use the service. This applies to each order – so ensure you include all the required items before confirming the order.
